Vylor, part of the post-seed separation from Corteva, is hiring a District Sales Manager for the Southeast Region of Mexico. The role is based in Chiapas and requires leadership of the district sales team to achieve sales goals across multiple states.

You will manage performance, develop strategies, and coordinate with local customers and key stakeholders to drive market penetration while overseeing budgets and resource planning.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the agricultural industry and market.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• People leadership experience.
• Residence in Chiapas or willingness to relocate.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Campeche, Mérida, Veracruz, Guerrero, Puebla, Morelos, Tabasco, Oaxaca.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Territory Account Managers team with performance management and compensation.
• Manage deployment plans, resource requirements and guide team members through coaching and motivation.
• Provide direction, delegate tasks, remove obstacles to sales and ensure execution of plans.
• Recruit, train and develop the District Sales Team.
