HSBC’s Global Service Center in Mexico City is seeking a Regional Change Specialist to lead the Change Enablement process, champion best practices, and ensure changes meet service levels within risk controls.
You will collaborate with BGIs and regional teams, organise CAB meetings, assess impact and readiness, contribute to PIRs, and develop MI dashboards using ServiceNow, Excel, Power BI, and QlikSense.
Formación
- Advanced English language skills required.
- Experience with Change Enablement in ServiceNow.
- Experience running a CAB in a large global banking organisation.
- Experience developing and maturing KCIs and KPIs and communicating insights to varied audiences.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and champion Change Enablement across the organisation.
- Assess change impacts and readiness to mitigate risks.
- Contribute to PIR processes and ensure proper categorisation of incidents.
- Drive operational improvements to align with business needs.
- Participate in process improvement projects with the Insight & Enablement team.
- Collaborate with BGIs and Change community to improve change quality.
- Work with regional teams to support service improvements.
- Organise and lead CAB meetings with a forward schedule.
- Conduct quality analysis and evaluate change requests.
- Provide MI insights using ServiceNow dashboards.
