HSBC Global Service Center in Mexico City seeks an experienced Business Manager - Finance to support monthly forecasting, reporting, and governance across the Americas. You will coordinate MI outputs, lead Workforce Plan interlock, and assist in regulatory approvals and cost management, while partnering with Finance, HR, and Change teams.
The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, clear communications, and the ability to produce concise leadership materials for senior management.
Formación
- Experience supporting monthly MI/reporting cycles with leadership-ready analysis.
- Strong Excel capabilities including reconciliations and pivots.
- Clear written communication with senior stakeholders.
- Understanding HSBC Mexico regulatory approval processes.
- Exposure to workforce governance and cost management.
Responsabilidades
- Support monthly MI/reporting cycles (actuals/forecast) with analysis.
- Produce leadership-ready packs and dashboards for decision making.
- Track workforce movements and governance approvals with HR/Finance.
- Assist in CTB/indirect cost management and regulatory issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain audit trails.
