Pandora A/S is seeking a Senior Specialist for GBS Transformation and Enabling Services LATAM, based in Mexico City, Mexico. You will shape and deliver continual improvement, drive transformation across GBS, and enable sustainable business growth.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or transformation within a GBS/SSC environment.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional projects.
• Ability to independently manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
• Experience in process optimization and change implementation practices.
• Professional certifications in Agile, PRINCE2, Scrum or Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate execution of continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across GBS functions to increase efficiency and quality.
• Lead small to medium projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and governance requirements are met.
• Support planning, tracking, and delivery within global transformation programs.
• Maintain project trackers, logs, and reporting tools for transparency.
• Drive change management activities including training and adoption tracking.
