RS Group is seeking a regional Accounts Receivable Lead based in Monterrey to partner with Sales and Branch Leaders, manage account health, and coordinate across Collections, Billing, Credit, and Cash Applications. The role emphasizes SAP proficiency, strong communication, and a proactive approach to mitigating risk while improving cash flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections or Order-to-Cash.
• Experience partnering with Sales and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience handling escalated customer issues and driving resolution.
• Strong SAP experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary AR point of contact for Sales and Branch Leadership.
• Build partnerships across Sales and AR functions.
• Monitor customer payment performance, disputes, and account exposure.
• Coordinate resolution of complex customer issues across AR, Billing, Credit, and Cash Applications.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance cash flow.
