RS Group in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Regional AR Lead to bridge Accounts Receivable and Sales, coordinating with Branch Managers and internal stakeholders to protect cash flow and resolve payment issues.

The role requires SAP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive solutions through cross-functional collaboration across Billing, Credit, and Cash Applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Order-to-Cash, or related functions.
• Experience partnering with Sales and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience handling escalated customer issues and driving resolution.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary AR point of contact for Sales and Branch Leadership.
• Build strong partnerships across Sales and AR functions.
• Participate in account reviews and business discussions.
• Provide visibility into account health, disputes, aging, and customer risks.
• Monitor customer payment performance, disputes, and account exposure.
• Identify risks related to credit limits, payment trends, and account activity.
• Partner with Sales and AR teams to develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate resolution of complex customer issues across Collections, Billing, Credit, Customer Master, and Cash Applications.
• Drive accountability, action planning, and timely follow-through.
• Escalate unresolved issues and significant risks when necessary.
