Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking a Strategy & Operations Consultant to help deliver strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives for U.S.-based healthcare clients. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.

You will bridge strategy and execution, thrive under pressure, and collaborate with teams in Mexico and the U.S. English proficiency (C1+) and a growth mindset are essential.

Formación

• 2-3 years in consulting, business analysis, transformation, or related roles.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Data Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and storytelling in English (C1+).
• Structured thinking and ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct financial, operational, and performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop analytical models and apply MECE, hypothesis-driven thinking, issue trees.
• Participate in end-to-end transformation projects from diagnosis to implementation.
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports in English.
• Translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
• Manage deliverables, progress tracking, and workstream coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Mexico and the U.S.
• Maintain a high level of ownership, accountability, and professional ethics.
