Molex in Mexico seeks a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to attract, evaluate and hire talent aligned with our business needs, leading effective recruitment strategies and upholding high standards throughout the selection process.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, and support onboarding and integration into the company.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fields such as business administration, psychology, human resources, or related (recent graduates welcome).
  • Advanced English level (B2), able to communicate effectively in professional settings (spoken, read, and written).
  • Experience using recruitment tools and systems (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to analyze candidate information and make informed hiring decisions.

Responsabilidades

  • Drive and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent aligned with business needs and company values.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide timely hiring solutions.
  • Assess candidates through interviews, evaluations, and psychometric tools to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external sources and institutions to strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Support onboarding and integration processes to ensure successful employee transitions into the company.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, and operational excellence programs.
  • Recruit high-volume operational profiles through various channels (social media, field, postings, etc.).

Our Team

You will be part of the Human Resources team, working closely with all departments of the company as well as with external partners such as agencies, schools, and government institutions. This position supports business growth by ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent throughout the organization.

Profile (Basic Requirements)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fields such as business administration, psychology, human resources, or related (recent graduates welcome).
  • Advanced English level (B2), able to communicate effectively in professional settings (spoken, read, and written).
  • Experience using recruitment tools and systems (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to analyze candidate information and make informed hiring decisions.
What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Advanced degree or specialization in administrative areas or related to Human Resources.
  • Experience in operational or high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Analytical mindset and experience using recruitment metrics (KPIs).
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different areas.
