Molex Guadalajara 1 Plant is seeking an Learning & Development Manager to be a strategic partner driving capability development and operational readiness.

You will embed a culture of continuous improvement and lead principle-based leadership across organizational development, partnering with HR, Operations, Engineering, Quality, OPEX, and Safety to elevate learning and performance.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Education, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business) or equivalent.
  • 7+ years in Learning & Development, manufacturing training, or capability development.
  • Experience implementing structured training systems in manufacturing.
  • Ability to connect learning strategy to business outcomes and operational improvement.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Design and implement a capability development roadmap aligned with business priorities and growth plans.
  • Integrate leadership, learning, and continuous improvement into training systems and coaching on the shop floor.
  • Develop structured training solutions (classroom, Dojo, OJT, mentoring, certifications) to accelerate operational competency.
  • Partner with plant leaders to identify critical skill gaps and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Strengthen internal leaders and trainers to develop employees motivated by contribution and continuous improvement.
  • Measure the impact of learning programs on productivity, quality, safety, and workforce readiness.

Your Job

As the Learning & Development Manager at Molex Guadalajara 1 Plant, you will be a key strategic partner, driving capability development and accelerating operational readiness. You will have the opportunity to transform how employees learn, lead, and create value by embedding a culture of continuous improvement and principle-based leadership into every aspect of organizational development.

Our Team

You will join the Human Resources team, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, OPEX, and Safety. Together, we build an environment where learning, collaboration, and ongoing improvement are part of our daily culture.

What You Will Do
  • Design and implement a capability development roadmap aligned with business priorities and growth plans.
  • Integrate principles of leadership, learning, and continuous improvement into training systems and coaching on the shop floor.
  • Develop structured training solutions (classroom, Dojo, OJT, mentoring, certifications) to accelerate operational competency.
  • Partner with plant leaders to identify critical skill gaps and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Strengthen the capability of internal leaders and trainers to develop employees who are motivated by contribution and continuous improvement.
  • Measure the impact of learning programs on productivity, quality, safety, and workforce readiness.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, manufacturing training, or operational capability development.
  • Experience implementing structured training systems and learning solutions in manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect learning strategy to business outcomes and operational improvement.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience in cable, optics, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge or experience with principle-based or values-driven management frameworks.
  • Experience with Training Within Industry (TWI), Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or continuous improvement.
  • Experience developing capability acceleration plans for ramp-ups, new product launches, or operational transformation.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, eLearning tools, and audit-ready certification processes.
