The Closing Specialist will guide clients through the final stage of homeownership, resolve concerns, and ensure accurate transaction details to deliver an exceptional closing experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, closing, or customer-facing roles in real estate or finance.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage documents and compliance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 for US client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the final stages of the purchase process, ensuring terms are understood and agreed upon.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients with timely updates.
• Deliver high level of customer service and identify upsell opportunities.
• Complete and review all required documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Follow up after closing to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
