Citigroup Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Transaction Management professional to support loan origination, closing, and servicing across syndicated and bilateral loans, including real estate, corporate, and structured lending.

You will help manage data, controls, and processes end-to-end. The role emphasizes collaboration with risk, operations, legal, and client teams, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to policies.

Formación

• Fluent level of English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Support loan origination, closing, and lifecycle management for syndicated and bilateral loans (Corporate, CRE, structured lending, trade).
• Assist with processes, standards, controls, and training for transaction management.
• Aid in design and rollout of technology, including testing.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business units.
• Collaborate with originating and coverage lines, credit risk, operations, and legal to meet requirements.
• Ensure data quality, controls, and processes comply with policies and regulations.
• Define and monitor end-to-end transparency across loan lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency across the group.
