Intugo seeks an experienced Healthcare Billing Trainer in Mexico to lead US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management training. You will conduct on-the-job training, develop refresher programs, and mentor associates on Medical Billing, AR, claims and denials, payer communication, and denial management.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in RCM, prior training or leadership roles, advanced English, and strong coaching and problem-solving skills. This on-site role supports Centro-region operations.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / US Healthcare.
• Experience as a Trainer, Process Coach, Team Lead, or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable, claims and denials.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and refresher sessions for team members.
• Train associates on Medical Billing, AR, claims, denials, follow-up processes, and RCM best practices.
• Conduct weekly assessments and monitor associates’ learning progress.
• Identify knowledge gaps and develop training plans based on root-cause analysis.
• Support associates in understanding billing systems, billing codes, claim submission, payer communication, and denial management.
• Identify performance and learning trends and recommend improvement strategies.
• Ensure training content remains aligned with US Healthcare regulations and industry practices.
