Job summary

You will drive major quality, output, yield, and cost improvement programs while interfacing with customers and internal teams to ensure needs are understood and met during transitions. The role focuses on managing test performance, supporting strategy development, failure analysis, and DFT analyses, and upholding Plexus Core Values through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical direction on test and inspection equipment and tests.
• Drive major improvement programs in quality, output, yield, and cost reduction.
• Interface with customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and met during transitions.
• Manage process and test performance and drive facility-wide improvements.
• Support development of test/inspection strategies, failure analysis, and DFT analyses.
• Foster Plexus Core Values and lead succession planning and coaching.
