Flex is seeking a Quality Engineer for our Juarez site to design, implement, and oversee quality assurance programs that prevent defects in electronics and server-grade assemblies. You will work with engineering to ensure product quality from design through production, mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Engineering or related field.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, high-reliability products (PCBA, SMT, test, assembly).
• Experience with internal/external audits and auditing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes for electronic components.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and high-volume production environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong command of quality tools and methodologies including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and 8D problem solving.
• Customer-focused mindset and experience working with ISO quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation standards for products and processes.
• Analyze production capabilities, manufacturing problems, and new designs for management review.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to define policies and quality goals.
• Support NPI ramps and transitions to high-volume production.
• Lead and mentor quality technicians and auditors across shifts.
