Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years related experience preferred.
• Two years supervisory or project leader experience preferred.
• Must complete all internal training courses required for the job.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate test engineering activities and validate test equipment at the site.
• Develop and sustain relationships with customer counterparts to meet requirements.
• Assess team capability and capacity to meet internal and external needs.
• Provide technical direction to staff to ensure timely project completion and CI targets.
• Lead new assembly transitions and RFQ support, and drive process improvements.
