Lear Corporation in Matamoros, Mexico, seeks a Quality Resident Improvement professional to drive continuous improvement of manufacturing-related business systems from the customers' point of view. You will maintain direct contact with customers, monitor feedback, coordinate corrective actions with the Plant Quality Engineer, and generate quality performance reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience; Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC

• Ability to monitor customer/employee feedback loops
• Experience engaging employees to drive improvements

Responsabilidades

• Maintain direct contact with customers.
• Report customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate corrective actions with the Plant Quality Engineer.
• Monitor status of customer-reported concerns until closure.
• Review customer systems to ensure responses are provided for all issues.
• Coordinate defect analysis meetings with the Plant Quality Engineer.
• Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics.
