Job summary

Freudenberg in Toluca seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements. You will maintain the quality management system, update procedures and records, and work to prevent defects across processes.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial Engineering or similar, at least three years in the automotive sector, familiarity with Core Tools and problem solving, and advanced English to communicate with global teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Advanced English required.
• Knowledge of Core Tools and DOE.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee compliance with the Quality Management System according to IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance to global and local procedures to meet customer expectations and zero-defect vision.
• Keep quality system procedures and formats updated.
• Identify and record problems related to the quality system, product, process and quality of procedures.

Ensure compliance to global and local procedures, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the customers and the vision of zero defects.

Identify and record any problems relating to the quality system , product, process and quality of the processes and / or procedures.
