Freudenberg Group in Mexico's Querétaro region is seeking an experienced Production Lead to ensure the execution of the manufacturing schedule, drive improvements, and maintain compliant documentation across quality and production control.

The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, 5+ years in automotive production, knowledge of safety and ISO standards, and English Advanced. You will manage budgets, lead cost-reduction projects, and monitor KPIs to boost P&L performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years experience in a production area in automotive industry.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001.
• Planning, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment and facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with the production schedule to guarantee on-time complete customer deliveries.
• Manage the department budget.
• Lead and promote cost-reduction projects within the production area.
• Ensure the availability and maintenance of the documentation required for quality and production control (including Manufacturing Engineering).
• Develop, monitor, and achieve the production KPIs established to improve P&L performance.

Knowledge in planning, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery and facilities, brigade, ISO 50001, IATF !6949, ISO 45001
