ZF Group in Querétaro, MX is seeking a Quality Management Systems Supervisor to lead audit processes and document control across the site. You will ensure corrective actions from audits and customer complaints are executed efficiently while aligning with EHS policies and corporate standards.

The role requires 5+ years in quality controls, Tier-1 supplier experience, and Certification in Internal Audit. Strong English skills are essential for coordination with global teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in Quality Controls Systems.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience in Tier-1 suppliers.
• Experience managing IATF 16949 and VDA audits.
• Document control and customer audit experience.
• Root-cause analysis and core tools experience desired.
• Internal Audit Certification required; Lider Auditor helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate corrective actions from audits and complaints via Layered Process Audits (LPAs).
• Monitor and implement new quality system requirements from Corporate Quality and customers.
• Maintain quality documents in the Document Control System with latest revisions.
• Identify customer-specific requirements for annual training plan with HR.
• Coordinate audit activities with Internal Auditors.
• Ensure timely resolution of internal and external customer claims and corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge of EHS policies and procedures.

What you can look forwars to as Quality Management Systems Supervisor :

• Coordinate the execution and monitoring of corrective actions resulting from Internal Quality Audits, Customer Quality Audits, External Quality Audits, and customer complaints through Layered Process Audits (LPAs), while keeping Quality and Plant Management informed of the overall audit status.
• Monitor, communicate, and implement new requirements from Corporate Quality Systems, Customers, and Certification Bodies.
• Coordinate the maintenance and updating of quality documents and records, ensuring the latest revisions are controlled within the Document Control System.
• Identify and communicate customer-specific requirements to the Human Resources Department for inclusion in the annual training plan.
• Manage and coordinate audit activities with the support of Internal Auditors.
• Ensure, through auditing activities, the timely and effective resolution of internal and external customer claims and corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.

Your Profile as Quality Management Systems Supervisor:

• At least 5 years years of experience in Quality Controls System (No process)
• Fluent english is a must
• Must have experience in T1 companies
• Experience managing IATF 16949 and VDA audits
• Documents control, customer audits, Customer specific requirements
• Nice to have experience in root cause analyses, and core tools application
• Must have Internal Audit Certification, nice to have Lider Auditor
