Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in automotive quality systems, audits, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and audit methodologies.
• Advanced English required for corporate audits and international communication.
• Experience with problem-solving tools and document control systems.
• Analytical thinking and compliance-focused mindset.
• Audit management for internal and external assessments.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QMS aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
• Plan and execute internal audits for system, process, and product.
• Lead customer audits including evidence prep and corrective actions.
• Maintain QMS documentation, procedures, formats, and records.
• Follow up on corrective actions from audits.
• Coordinate with corporate teams for compliance reviews and global audits.
• Monitor quality KPIs and overall system performance.
• Ensure environmental compliance per ISO 14001 and applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Management System oversight aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
• Plan and execute internal audits for system, process, and product.
• Lead customer audits including preparation of evidence, management of findings, and closure of corrective actions.
• Maintain and control QMS documentation such as procedures, work instructions, formats, and compliance matrices.
• Follow up on corrective actions derived from internal, external, and customer audits.
• Coordinate with corporate teams for compliance reviews, global audits, and reporting.
• Monitor quality KPIs and system performance.
• Ensure environmental compliance according to ISO 14001 and applicable legal requirements.
