Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Quality Leader to shape the Quality culture of a new manufacturing facility. You will lead the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, set standards, and ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

You will work across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to prevent defects, drive corrective actions, and build a high‑performing Quality team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality activities in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Proven knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001.
• Experience implementing process improvements yielding measurable quality gains.
• Experience leading structured problem-solving and corrective action processes.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proficient in using data/quality metrics to identify risk and drive improvement.
• Leadership and people development capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the site’s Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001.
• Establish quality standards, governance, and inspection/test controls.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales and other functions to embed quality in processes.
• Maintain hands-on presence on the shop floor.
• Lead audits and drive corrective actions with measurable results.
• Develop and coach the Quality team for current and future growth.
• Define and monitor quality KPIs and drive improvements.
