  • Establish a practical quality strategy, priorities, standards, and governance for the site.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Global Quality Teams to align Monterrey with the Global Quality Management System and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functions to integrate quality into manufacturing and business processes.
  • Maintain a strong hands‑on presence in shop‑floor processes and operations.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the facility’s Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Build, coach, and develop the Quality team to support current operations and future growth.
  • Build quality capability and ownership across the organization through training, coaching, standard work, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain effective quality procedures, documentation, records, and control plans.
  • Establish effective inspection, testing, validation, and product release controls.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supplier quality issues and improve incoming product quality.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers on quality concerns, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor meaningful quality KPIs that improve visibility, accountability, and decision‑making.
  • Prepare for and support internal, customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility of quality performance, risks, and improvement priorities.
  • Lead structured problem‑solving and the timely resolution of nonconformances through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification.
  • Strengthen first‑pass quality, reduce internal and external quality failures, and support consistent delivery of customer requirements.
