Koch Engineered Solutions, a Koch Inc. business, is seeking a Quality Leader for our new manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico.

You will shape the Quality culture, lead the QMS development aligned with ISO 9001, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to prevent defects and enable sustainable growth. The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality activities within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Experience implementing process improvements and delivering measurable improvements in quality performance.
• Experience leading structured problem‑solving and corrective action processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• Experience using data and quality metrics to identify risk, prioritize actions, and drive sustainable improvement.
• Leadership and people development capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Valid passport and visa.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsabilités

• Establish a practical quality strategy, priorities, standards, and governance for the site.
• Collaborate with Regional and Global Quality Teams to align Monterrey with the Global Quality Management System and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functions to integrate quality into manufacturing and business processes.
• Maintain a strong hands‑on presence in shop floor processes and operations.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the facility’s Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Build, coach, and develop the Quality team to support current operations and future growth.
• Establish effective inspection, testing, validation, and product release controls.
