Carrier Global Corporation seeks a seasoned Quality Engineer to own and execute quality engineering plans, leading investigations and corrective actions for customer issues. You will develop testing methods, drive risk management using APQP/PPAP tools, and oversee PPAP approvals across two Monterrey sites.

The role requires strong QMS/ISO knowledge, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred), and extensive experience in HVAC or automotive manufacturing. Travel to Monterrey sites is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Management, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Strong experience in Supplier Quality and Process Quality.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience in HVAC and/or Automotive industries.
• Advanced knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
• Proficient in GD& T.

• Define and execute Quality Engineering operational plans to reduce nonconformities and maintain quality standards.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions for customer quality issues.
• Develop and implement testing, inspection methods, and quality technologies to ensure product and process reliability.
• Drive risk management using APQP/PPAP core tools including PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Control Plans.
• Lead escape management, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee process change management, work transfers, and PPAP approvals.
• Manage quality performance across two Monterrey sites.
