Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Quality Engineering professional to drive the execution of operational plans and oversight of two Monterrey sites. You will lead investigations, implement testing and quality technologies, and manage risk with APQP/PPAP tools.
Ideal candidates have a 7+ year background in quality within HVAC or automotive sectors, strong English skills, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's preferred.
- 7+ years in Quality Engineering/Management or Manufacturing Quality.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
- Experience in HVAC and/or Automotive industries.
- Strong English proficiency and ability to travel.
Responsabilidades
- Define and execute Quality Engineering operational plans to reduce nonconformities.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions for customer quality issues.
- Develop and implement testing, inspection methods, and quality technologies.
- Drive risk management using APQP/PPAP core tools.
- Oversee process change management, transfers, and PPAP approvals.
- Manage quality performance across two Monterrey sites.
