Formación

• Experiencia comprobable de soporte al cliente o como representante de servicio al cliente.
• Capacidad para manejar situaciones estresantes en atención al cliente.
• Dominio avanzado del inglés.
• Disponibilidad para trabajo a tiempo completo.

• Serás el primer punto de contacto para los clientes, ofreciendo soporte oportuno y preciso a través de múltiples canales.

• Proven Customer Support experience or experience as Client Service Representative
• Able to manage stressful situations in customer Service Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
• Advanced proficiency in English
