Lear Corporation in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, is seeking a Quality Coordinator to ensure strict adherence to quality systems and processes, driving customer satisfaction and process resolution. You will manage APQP-related activities, develop PPAP, and coordinate containment across locations to meet client requirements.

The role requires experience in the automotive sector, familiarity with PFMEA/Control Plan/MSA/SPC/PPAP, and a minimum of 3+ years in quality roles.

Formación

• Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering degree.
• 3+ years of quality coordination experience in automotive.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP.
• Strong data analysis using statistical techniques.
• Exposure to APQP and client requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client requirements related to APQP.
• Lead the execution of the 8D methodology.
• Coordinate containment operations from plant to customer-facing stations.
• Monitor quality activities in client portals and systems.
• Develop the PPAP package.
• Lead quality meetings and prepare reports.
• Monitor APQP activities on client portals.
• Serve as first-level client contact for complaints.

Job Description

AsQuality Coordinator,you will be responsible for ensuring that process resolution is handled in strict adherence to quality systems, ensuring the quality control and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Understand specific client requirements related to APQP.
• Lead the execution of the 8D methodology.
• Coordinate containment operations at different locations, from the plant to the last customer-facing station.
• Monitor quality activities in the client's systems and portals.
• Develop the PPAP package.
• Lead quality meetings and prepare reports.
• Monitor APQP quality activities on client portals.
• Provide first-level contact with the client for complaints.
