Kellanova is seeking an Order Management Analyst in Querétaro, México, for a 6-month temporary assignment. You will oversee end-to-end purchase orders, ensure accuracy, and enable seamless collaboration across departments to guarantee on-time deliveries.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, intermediate Excel skills, and a basic understanding of transportation, inventory, and warehousing. Flexibility to work extended hours when needed is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Process and validate purchase orders end-to-end.
• Coordinate 68,000 deliveries per year across 980 points and 120 routes.
• Achieve service level and on-time delivery targets with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Credit & Collections, Transportation, Operations, and Demand Planning.
• Track and report service KPIs and support continuous improvement.
