Valeo in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service professional to manage demand, scheduling, and logistics coordination. You will monitor service levels, align customer requirements with internal plans, and ensure timely responses to orders and shipments.

You will collaborate with procurement, production, and Logistics to meet targets, prepare export documentation, and maintain strong communication with customer contacts to support sustainable operations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor service levels and CSR calculations for customers.
• Coordinate MPS and daily scheduling with procurement and production.
• Prepare and validate customs documentation when exporting.
• Communicate with customer contacts using appropriate channels and frequencies.
• Escalate issues to Sales and Operations Planning to meet customer priorities.
