Valeo in Queretaro, Mexico, is seeking a Customer Service Contact to join the Supply Chain CIM team. You will manage customer Demands, coordinate with procurement, production scheduling, and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.

Formación

• Experience in customer service within a manufacturing or automotive setting.
• Familiarity with production scheduling (MPS) and logistics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer requirements with MPS and S&OP processes.
• Monitor orders and ensure on-time delivery and accurate ETA.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain data quality for customer references and lead-times.
