Molex, a Koch company, is seeking a Purchase Lead in El Salto, Jalisco to provide leadership and direction to the purchasing organization, ensuring supply continuity, supplier performance, and effective execution across the procurement team.

You will lead and collaborate with Buyers, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to support customer fulfillment and long-term business value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of leadership in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Conversational English.
• Experience managing suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead purchasing priorities across the organization.
• Manage supply risks, shortages, and recovery activities.
• Coach and develop purchasing team members.
• Support supplier relationship management and escalation processes.
• Ensure purchasing transactions and commitments are maintained.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on material priorities.
• Promote strategic sourcing and cost stewardship.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing organization.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

• Experience managing suppliers and cross-functional teams
• SAP or ERP experience

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Experience leading procurement organizations within the automotive electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of supply chain risk management
