Molex is seeking a highly motivated Buyer to join our procurement team. You will support purchasing activities, assist in supplier management, and help ensure timely procurement of goods and services to meet operational needs.

You will collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to maintain smooth operations and drive value through strategic purchasing, while managing records, inventory, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Conversational English.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (Purchasing process, basic planning knowledge, receiving, inspection area, warehouse, stock).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

Molex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our procurement team. In this role, you will support purchasing activities, assist in supplier management, and help ensure timely procurement of goods and services to meet operational needs.

Our Team

You will be part of the Molex procurement team, collaborating closely with internal departments and suppliers to maintain smooth operations and drive value through strategic purchasing.

What You Will Do

• Source and purchase materials, supplies to meet production needs.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements.
• Support supplier relationship management and resolve supply issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning.
• Analyzes root causes of accounts payable exceptions and takes steps to resolve and prevent
• Return material process.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Conversational English.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (Purchasing process, basic planning knowledge, receiving, inspection area, warehouse, stock)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

What Will Put You Ahead

• Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• NPI knowledge (New Product introduction)
