Molex, a Koch company, is seeking a Purchase Lead in Mexico to provide leadership and direction to the purchasing organization, ensuring supply continuity and strong supplier performance. You will collaborate with Buyers, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to support customer fulfillment and long-term business value.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of leadership in Purchasing or Supply Chain, conversational English, and SAP/ERP experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of leadership in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Experience managing suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Conversational English required; SAP/ERP familiarity preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead purchasing priorities across the organization.
• Manage supply risks, shortages, and recovery activities.
• Coach and develop purchasing team members.
• Support supplier relationship management and escalation processes.
• Ensure purchasing transactions and commitments are accurately maintained.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on material priorities.
• Promote strategic sourcing and cost stewardship.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing organization.
