Molex, a Koch company, seeks a Purchase Lead to guide the purchasing organization, ensuring supply continuity and supplier performance. You will collaborate with Buyers, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to support customer fulfillment and long-term value.

Leading the procurement team, you will drive strategic sourcing, manage risks, and promote cost stewardship while maintaining accurate purchasing transactions and commitments.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Conversational English.
• Experience managing suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• SAP or ERP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead purchasing priorities across the organization.
• Manage supply risks, shortages, and recovery activities.
• Coach and develop purchasing team members.
• Support supplier relationship management and escalation processes.
• Ensure purchasing transactions and commitments are accurately maintained.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on material priorities.
• Promote strategic sourcing and cost stewardship.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing organization.
