Edgewell Personal Care Italy S.R.L. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects at the Obregón plant, ensuring on-time and accurate completion of new products or transfers. You will maintain the fixed assets control system and modify the plant layout as needed to support operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, generating PMP documents, and reporting capital expenditures for local and plant-wide initiatives.

Formación

• Experience leading projects at a manufacturing site.
• Knowledge of fixed assets control systems and plant layouts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Familiarity with capital expenditure reporting and approvals.

• Generates and manages Project Management Process (PMP) documents for each project.
• Coordinates project execution at the Obregón plant with support from multiple areas.
• Coordinates execution and reports local and company-wide Factory Sample Requests.
• Keeps the capital expenses progress report updated.
• Manages tools and coordinates with other areas to maintain fixed assets control.
• Manages internal equipment changes arising from plant needs.

JOB PORPOUSE

Responsible for managing projects for the Obregón plant, whether they are new products or transfers, ensuring they are completed on time and correctly. Also includes tasks such as maintaining and managing the fixed assets control system and modifying and updating the plant layout.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Generates and manages Project Management Process (PMP) documents for each project that requires it.


• Coordinates, with the support of different areas, the execution of projects at the Obregón plant.


• Coordinates execution and reports local and company-wide Factory Sample Requests (FSR).


• Keeps the capital expenses progress report updated.


• Manages the tools and coordinates with other areas to maintain control of the plant’s fixed assets.


• Manages internal equipment changes in different areas arising from the plant's needs.
