Edgewell Personal Care Italy S.R.L. is seeking a Manufacturing Quality/Continuous Improvement professional to monitor and support safety, quality, training, continuous improvement, and production systems across the value chain.

You will coordinate corrective or preventive actions when discrepancies arise between planned and actual results, validate new products with Packaging and Industrial Engineering, and oversee documentation and GMP within the production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Generates reports on safety, quality, operations, and projects to monitor value chain indicators and communicates them to management.
• Coordinates with Packaging and Industrial Engineering to validate new product development and implementation in the value chain.
• Reviews packaging before the launch of new products at ENERNET.
• Issuance and publication of Standard Work and other ISO-controlled documents for each work cell.
• Monitors cycle times and machine capacity to ensure cost compliance.
• Oversees the proper functioning of the quality system and GMP practices within the value chain.

Monitor and support the proper implementation and performance of safety, quality, training, continuous improvement, and production systems, coordinating corrective or preventive actions when a discrepancy is detected between planned and actual results.

Job Functions

• Generates reports with information on safety, quality, operations, projects, etc., to monitor the performance of value chain indicators and communicates them to management.
• Coordinates with the Packaging and Industrial Engineering functions to validate the development and implementation of new products in the value chain.
• Reviews packaging before the launch of new products at ENERNET.
• Responsible for the issuance and publication of Standard Work and other documents controlled by ISO systems in each work cell.
• Monitors cycle times and machine capacity to ensure cost compliance.
• Oversees the proper functioning of the quality system and good manufacturing practices within the value chain.
