You will work with the production team to identify root causes for quality rejects, enforce safety, and participate in value-stream projects to sustain high standards of

Responsabilidades

• Provide training to the production supervisors and maintenance technicians to keep the machinery in excellent conditions.
• Support the supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance in the machines of his area.
• Daily audits in the area to detect any issue and provide an immediate solution.
• Carry out audit to the quality process in order to ensure the highest quality required in the finish goods.
• Participate in kaizen event as needed to achieve the improves detected.
• Suggest corrections and updates to the quality,production,and maintenance documentation.
• Comply andenforcethe safetypoliciesand procedures in the area.
• Elaborate actions to prevent quality rejects.
• Work together with the production supervisor to find the root cause for quality rejects or quality internal rejects and propose solutions.
• Identify machinery abnormalities and establish repair and improve plans.
• Collaborate with the preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
• Comply and enforce safety conditions formachinery, also supervise the correct use of installations and equipment.
• Participate in specific projects assigned by the value stream manager.
