As a Lead Project Scheduler/Planner, you will be a pivotal member of a multinational project team, responsible for driving the successful execution of large-scale domestic and international energy projects, including power generation, transmission, and sustainable energy solutions. This role is central to our project controls function, requiring you to establish, manage, and analyze comprehensive project schedules that serve as the backbone for project execution and decision-making. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, integrating all phases of the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include performing critical path analysis, conducting time impact assessments for change orders and delays, and generating insightful reports for stakeholders. A key aspect of this role is fostering a culture where the schedule is an active management tool, used to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and drive project performance. The ideal candidate is a professional with extensive experience in an industrial project environment, demostrated expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and critical path methodology. You must demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients. This leadership position requires a self-motivated and adaptable individual who can guide project teams in navigating complex scheduling challenges to ensure projects are delivered on time.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • 30% Analysis, Reporting & Control
  • Perform detailed time impact analysis (TIA) for delays and change orders, providing clear narratives and supporting documentation.
  • Generate and present monthly schedule reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and progress metrics to project management and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential schedule risks, deviations, and opportunities for recovery or acceleration.
  • 20% Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement specialists, and construction teams to gather accurate status updates and ensure schedule alignment.
  • Lead schedule review meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to validate progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
