Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to develop and build a centralized, documented, robust organization for effective project management. You will be responsible for establishing standards, processes, ways of working, and training, as well as helping decide upon and execute the buildout of a project management tool and the inherent processes, tasks, dependencies, and other technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Directing and developing project management operations within the chosen project management tool to meet organizational goals.
• Establishing all documentation, processes, and overall strategic governance practices needed for effective project delivery.
• Developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships to drive implementation and adoption of project management standards and practices, including ongoing coaching and training.
• Establishing methodologies to set productivity and quality targets and assessment metrics for all projects to drive larger organizational KPIs.
• Developing and maintaining a risk identification, mitigation, and resolution framework to enable successful project completion.
• Establishing methodologies and best practices around project escalation issues, risks, and all impediments to effective project delivery.
• Establishing and maintaining project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and proposing operational improvements and cost savings for future projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a project management capacity, either in a project management role or in an operational role. Specific experience in a SaaS company or marketing agency is a plus.
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to adapt to constantly changing deadlines, priorities, and project requirements.
• Demonstrated experience working with and building processes within a project management tool, like Monday, Asana, Clickup, Trello, Wrike, and more. ClickUp experience is a major plus.
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral, especially in a business setting. An ability to speak to both technical and non-technical audiences is a major plus.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working with a fully remote team, including team members overseas.
