Job summary

LEONI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional automotive projects from kickoff to completion. You will plan timelines, resources, and budgets, chair meetings, track actions, and ensure on‑time delivery while safeguarding quality and profitability.

You will coordinate with global teams, manage risks, and communicate with the Project Steering Committee. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and advanced English are required to collaborate with

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards from kick-off to completion.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets to achieve objectives.
• Facilitates project meetings, tracks actions, and ensures timely deliverables.
• Monitors KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs; implements corrective actions when needed.
• Identifies and manages project risks and opportunities with mitigation plans.
• Coordinates communication with stakeholders, teams and Steering Committee; escalates issues when required.
• Drives collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Leads cross-functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards, ensuring successful execution from kick-off to completion.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitates project meetings, tracks action items, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitors project KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Identifies and manages project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinates communication with stakeholders, project teams, and the Project Steering Committee, escalating issues when required.
• Drives collaboration across departments to ensure on‑time delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous project performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Project Management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Advanced English (written and spoken) for communication with global teams and customers.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
