LEONI is seeking a Project Manager in Hermosillo, Mexico to lead cross-functional automotive projects onsite from kickoff to closure, coordinating timelines, resources and budgets.

You will monitor KPIs, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, automotive project management experience, strong leadership, and advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional projects per LEONI PM standards from kickoff to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Facilitate project meetings, track actions, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities; develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders, project teams, and Steering Committee.
• Drive collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Leads cross-functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards, ensuring successful execution from kick-off to completion.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitates project meetings, tracks action items, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitors project KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Identifies and manages project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinates communication with stakeholders, project teams, and the Project Steering Committee, escalating issues when required.
• Drives collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous project performance improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Project Management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Advanced English (written and spoken) for communication with global teams and customers.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
