Job summary

LEONI Wiring Systems de Durango is seeking a Project Manager who will lead cross-functional projects following LEONI PM standards, from kickoff to completion. You will plan timelines, resources, and budgets while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, experience in automotive manufacturing, and strong leadership. Proficiency in English is essential for global teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Project Management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) for communication with global teams and customers.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards, ensuring successful execution from kick-off to completion.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitates project meetings, tracks action items, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitors project KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Identifies and manages project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinates communication with stakeholders, project teams, and the Project Steering Committee, escalating issues when required.
• Drives collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous project performance improvement.
