Job summary

LEONI in Mexico is seeking a senior recruiting leader to manage and supervise full-cycle recruiting across multiple plants. You will drive talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and ensure KPI attainment.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 8–12 years in recruitment, 3–5 years in leadership, and advanced English (C1). You will optimize processes, promote diversity, and align hiring with business needs in a dynamic automotive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 8–12 years of professional experience, with 5–10 years in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• 3–5 years of leadership and team management experience.
• Experience coordinating recruitment operations across multiple sites.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Recruiting operations, ensuring KPIs and Full Cycle Recruiting standards.
• Coordinate hiring across all plants in Mexico to fill vacancies timely.

Job Description

• Manage and supervise Recruiting operations, ensuring compliance with objectives, KPIs, and Full Cycle Recruiting standards.
• Coordinate hiring needs across all plants in Mexico, ensuring timely vacancy fulfillment through effective Talent Pipeline Management.
• Design and implement Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, and Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Implement improvements in recruitment and selection processes, promoting efficiency, diversity, organizational flexibility, Candidate Assessment, and Selection & Hiring best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of professional experience, including 5–10 years in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• 3–5 years of leadership and team management experience.
• Experience managing recruitment operations across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR processes, and labor market trends.
• Experience in project management, process improvement, and change management.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
