Job summary

LEONI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional automotive projects from kickoff to completion. You will plan timelines, resources, and budgets, chair meetings, track actions, and ensure on‑time delivery while safeguarding quality and profitability.

You will coordinate with global teams, manage risks, and communicate with the Project Steering Committee. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and advanced English are required to collaborate with

Experience managing automotive projects.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating stakeholders.
Advanced English for global communication.

Responsibilities

Leads cross-functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards from kick-off to completion.
Plans, coordinates, and monitors timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets to achieve objectives.
Facilitates project meetings, tracks actions, and ensures timely deliverables.
Monitors KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs; implements corrective actions when needed.
Identifies and manages project risks and opportunities with mitigation plans.
Coordinates communication with stakeholders, teams and Steering Committee; escalates issues when required.
Drives collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
