Siemens Energy in Querétaro seeks a Specialist Project Manager to support customer order projects within the Switchgear Order Management team. You will lead schedules, budgets, documentation, and reporting to ensure commitments are met in scope, quality, timeline, and financially.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in Project Management, Order Management, Customer Project Execution, Manufacturing, or similar business environments.
• Formal training in Project Management; PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management, project scheduling, project documentation, risk management, and change management methodologies.
• Agile methodology
• Experience defining, managing, and monitoring KPIs and OKRs to support project and business performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Office 365 applications.
• Experience working with national and international customers in a multicultural business environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer order projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Track project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement activities, invoicing, and cost reporting.
• Identify project risks, obstacles, and deviations, supporting mitigation and resolution activities to minimize project impact.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, KPIs, and performance metrics while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with international stakeholders across different time zones.

As a Specialist Project Manager, you will support the execution of customer order projects within the Switchgear Queretaro Order Management team. You will manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and reporting activities to help ensure customer commitments are achieved within scope, quality, timeline, and financial objectives.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will monitor project progress, maintain project records, track financial performance, identify risks, and support the successful execution of customer orders throughout the project lifecycle in a manufacturing environment.
