Siemens Energy in Querétaro seeks a Logistics Specialist to manage global transport orders, coordinate international shipments, and prepare transport documents. You will work with international logistics providers and internal teams to ensure smooth, on‑time deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics, 2–4 years in Transportation Management, experience with Logistics Services, and proficiency in English and MS Office.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent education with relevant work experience
• 2–4 years of Transportation Management experience across air, sea, and ground
• Experience in managing Logistics Services to ensure on‑time, economical delivery
• Knowledge of export processes and documentation is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills
• Proficient in English communication at all levels
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Teams, Word) and basic SAP knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete sets of transport documents and customs declarations, including dangerous goods when required
• Schedule transports based on dates, carriers, and contracts
• Arrange goods pickup with suppliers across all transport modes
• Clarify documentation with internal and external partners
• Provide up-to-date transport details to stakeholders and track delivery status
• Hold carriers accountable and resolve discrepancies such as damages or delays

You’ll work closely with international logistics service providers and partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, while collaborating with a fantastic and supportive team.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Preparation of complete sets of documents for transport ordering and customs declarations, observing specifics for dangerous goods transport where necessary.
• Ordering of transports based on defined dates, preferred carriers, and transportation contracts.
• Arranging for goods pickup at suppliers using all transport modes.
• Clarification of documents with all involved internal and external business partners.
• Providing information to all relevant parties on transport details and current status.
• Holding carriers liable and clarifying discrepancies (damages, delays, etc.).

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field (Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar), or equivalent education with relevant work experience; alternatively, experience as a forwarding agent/manager.
• 2–4 years of experience in Transportation Management covering all modes (air, sea, and ground), including processing, transport ordering, and monitoring.
• Experience in managing Logistics Services, ensuring accurate, on‑time, and economical delivery services to meet customer needs and/or internal project requirements.
• Preferably, basic knowledge of export processes and documentation.
• High analytical ability, customer and solution orientation, as well as social competence, assertiveness, and strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Above-average communication skills to stay informed, collaborate, and distribute all relevant information to internal and external business partners, e.g., internal and external suppliers, project management, and logistics service providers.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization in English, both spoken and written.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Teams, Word, etc.) and basic knowledge of SAP.
