Sandalwood Engineering & Ergonomics is seeking a Project Management Engineer in Chihuahua, Mexico. You will work as a consultant coordinating cross-functional activities, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time delivery of engineering and ergonomics projects for multiple customers.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities and fluent technical English. You will collaborate with teams, lead process improvements and participate in development programs to grow

• Requirements include project management skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate actions to achieve results and drive timing targets.
• Strong negotiation skills to drive timing targets and resolve stakeholder needs.
• Effective communication with team members and cross-functional colleagues to solve problems.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Fluent written and spoken technical English.

Responsabilidades

• Meet Program Deliverables on time and schedule.
• Provide regular tracking status to the Team Leader (daily, weekly, etc.).
• Elaborate plans including budgets, estimates, timing and participants.
• Attend designated meetings to provide status reports.
• Write scope of work, review bids, select subcontractors and delegate work.
• Demonstrate teamwork, proactivity, urgency and customer service to drive satisfaction.
