Safe-Demo in Chihuahua, Mexico is seeking a Project Engineer to lead planning, development, and launch of new automotive projects. You will manage tooling projects from inception to production, ensuring part quality, timing, and budget targets are met while serving as a key technical liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal production teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in automotive industry in engineering roles.
• English: conversational to advanced required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead tooling projects to meet quality, budget, and timing targets with APQP milestones.
• Assist plant personnel with setup, troubleshooting, and debugging of molding equipment.
• Interpret customer designs and drawings to evaluate production viability and mold changes.
• Manage PPAP documentation, oversee trials, coordinate sample shipments, ensure handover.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to achieve quality goals.
