Jabil in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks an Ops Senior Project Manager to lead strategic, high‑complexity initiatives, including customer programs and large product transfers. You will guide multi‑functional project teams and manage customer relationships to drive successful delivery.

This role owns project plans, schedules, KPIs, budgets and risk analyses, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet cost, time and quality targets.

Formación

• PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and translate project requirements for execution.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with customers from requirements to product acceptance.
• Establish milestones and align teams with customer needs.
• Review schedules with project managers and ensure KPI tracking.
• Provide guidance to teams to meet goals and corporate initiatives.
• Communicate objectives in terms of strategic business impact.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and sponsors.
• Develop integrated project plans and risk analysis with mitigation actions.
• Forecast budgets and HR needs for current and future site needs.
• Ensure project success in cost, schedule, quality, and scope.
