Sandalwood Engineering & Ergonomics seeks an Industrial Engineer with strong ergonomic expertise to support workstation design and risk assessments. You will apply MODAPTS and industrial ergonomics in a manufacturing setting, evaluate workstations, develop process sheets, and drive safety and quality improvements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage tasks to meet client deadlines, and report progress to management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Engineering.
• +3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering roles.
• Fluent written and spoken technical English.

Responsabilidades

• Support different teams in evaluating existing and future workstations.
• Evaluate workstations/operations based on ergonomic risks and safety assessments.
• Recommend corrective actions and lead teams to completion.
• Meet program deliverables on time and schedule.
• Provide regular status updates to the Team Leader; attend status meetings.
• Create and edit operator instructions sheets and process sheets.
• Allocate and manage process sheets through workstations/operations.
• Drive department objectives using structured problem-solving methods.
